The New Hampshire Special Education Law Manual by Attorney Scott F. Johnson is a guide for parents, educators, attorneys, advocates, and other professionals that work with students with disabilities. The Manual was revised again in October 2006 to include changes made to the federal special education law (called the IDEA) and the federal regulations.
