New Hampshire Proposed State Special Education Regulations

The state of New Hampshire has proposed new state special education regulations to comply with the changes to the federal special education laws in 2004 and 2006.

The regulations are currently in development and have not yet been finalized or approved by the New Hampshire Department of Education.
