Attorney Johnson will be presenting at a series of forums entitled "Know Your Rights" sponsored by the New Hampshire Partners in Health. The forums will present information about special education requirements for families with children with chronic health conditions. We will discuss  the services and accommodations that students with chronic health conditions are entitled to receive under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and  how to work cooperatively with your school district to obtain appropriate services through Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Section 504 Plans.
