Attorney Scott F. Johnson founded New Hampshire Education Law
(NHEdLaw) in 2003 to
provide resources and information
about education law topics to help parents, educators and other
professionals in New Hampshire understand legal requirements and meet
student needs.
Attorney
Johnson is a Professor of Law with
Concord Law School.
He is also a hearing officer for the New Hampshire Department of Education
and teaches online professional development courses for educators with the
Department's
Online Professional Education Network NH
(called OPEN-NH).
Attorney
Johnson is also the founder of the
Education Law Resource Center,
which provides information on a national level about education law and
focuses on topics like physical restraints in schools and assistive
technology.
